所以，以上两种情况都不需要纳税（我已经问过加拿大税局了）

How about overseas income from other country? Should it be include into the income for canada tax?
if it is case, it is unfair. my employer automatically pays tax to local governament. the rest should be the net income which is unreasonable to be reported again to Canada.
has anyone have similar situations? if i am not going to report tax to Canada? will it result any problem with the residencial status? i have been outside canada for more than a year.
