仔细读合约,sales似乎作了马脚, 合约是写明维修是由生产厂商提供,但我记得清楚sales 认真保证这些维修都有他们公司负责。还有一页法语的合约似乎是说生产厂商的这项服务有dealer来负责。 anyway, I have not configured out exactly if they are responsible or not, but you will see how much trouble you will have even you can chase them down for the repairs.
额外说明,这是家当地人的公司,但语言交流不是主要问题。of course they might just decide ot play worse with me because we are foreigner.
最近看到他们在Gazatette上作广告,心里比较难过,可能又有很多家庭会上当。希望他们比我们有经验,知到怎样从开始保护自己的权益。 I will try to post some warning news in Gazatte if it is easy to publish and make complaint to Better business bureua and customer protection office. Most likely we will pay a few hundred dollars for the repair, I take it as cost of my lesson. However, I hope everyone else is smart and wise enough.

1) 不要贪便宜(我们买时sales说如果马上签约就优惠我们一千块钱)
2) 买这种大件时要参考 word of mouth ,
3) 签约时仔细看和约

Just called a local friend and was told I should have consulted him before buying. He said that all the dealers are crooks. Their warranty worths nothing. 感谢楼主的好心提醒,我自己也有过类似的经历,我觉得凡是购买比较大件的物品(例如空调,电器,或者装修等等),如果没有认识的信得过的商家,还是选择大型的比较有信誉的商家,宁愿多花些钱也比较有保障。
