说实话，绝大部分都不敢恭维，大概是那些优秀的职业摄影师都不屑于参加这类比赛吧。

To participate in the PHOTO CONTEST 2008, you must live in one of the City of Montreal's 19 boroughs, be 18 years of age or over, and you must not be a professional photographer, an employee of the City of Montreal or of Transcontinental Media.
