it is already solved. thanks! (I dont know how to delete this post :S. so just leave it here as a reference to other new comers~)

刚登陆，要买电话卡，Fido有老客户推荐新客户的优惠，老客户到www.fido.ca注册（如已经注册，则直接登陆），拿到referel code给我，我去办理入网手续，我们就可以各自拿到20块钱通话费了。
