You need ask the previous owner if he ever changed. If not, then一定要换.

when you replace the timing belt, you shoud let the mechanic check the tensioner, water pump and crank seal at the same time, and replace them if necessary.
the following price comes from Canadian Tire as reference for you:
Timing belt: $48
Labour cost: $210 (2.8 hrs)
Water pump: $106 (brand new)
Tensioner85 (from Ford Dealer)
Seals: $35
