You can
1) sublease your apartment (No breaking lease fee, but may have 50-100 sublease fee depend on different place, and you have the responsibility for the next tenant )
2) Before break your lease, talk to the manager or landlord, normally, one month rental fine or 3 month advance notice. 三个月罚金是正常的，唯一搬出而不用交罚金的办法是转租你的房子sublease，所以很多人宁愿贴一个月的房租转租自己的房子，尤其是现在冬天，租客少，不容易转租，你只有挥泪大甩卖了，如果你短租而没有通知房东获得准许，你是违法的，后果自负
