Shadd's diploma is not DEC, but DEP (Diploma de etude professionelle)

Shadd is not a Cegep.

Completion of both Secondary V and the Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Quebec.

this refers to the completion of high school and Cegep里大学的预科
