Look for the weekly free newspaper for Ville Marie区, or Plateau区. There`s a hair cutting [color="Red"]SCHOOL in Plateau advertising for $1 hair cut, it`s been in Ville Marie one for almost 1 month. They are OK, just take longer time ~for teacher to check and fixes problem, if any.
