昨天在futureshop网上买了一台照相机,按照正常的步骤付费,填写信息,用MasterCard买的,今天电子邮箱里面收到一封信说“Unable to process your futureshop.ca order #xxxxxxxx"我以前都是用同样的地址,同样的MasterCard买的,以前并没有这种情况啊?不知道这回怎么回事。希望有经验的朋友能帮我解答一下,谢谢了

现在就是这样,你要用你订货时留下的电话拨打 1-866-514-1433 ,并根据提示输入你的order number. 然后他们开始处理,发货。前几天,我在Futureshop订了东西,就是这样处理的。

你的情况我也遇到了!
首先收到一个信用卡通过的EMAIL,然后我就等DELIVER的EMAIL,等了2天,收到了需要再次电话确认的EMAIL。

現在對於有些ORDER會電話CONFIRM,之後才會PEOCESS你的ORDER.

我从来都没有打过电话,每次输入付款信息后,就会显示processing,一天之后就显示如下信息

24号下单,29号收到,发货的时候还会给我一个Email说shipped。我还在称赞fs的网购比bestbuy好。

打电话给你的信用卡公司看看你的帐号有无问题,节假日期间信用卡公司会出于安全角度冻结一些帐号。如果是这样,你的订单系统验证的时候就过不去。如果是这样你一打电话信用卡公司马上就给你解冻。

我25日网上买东西还可以,27日就再刷不过了。打电话给信用卡公司,马上给我解冻,说是为安全考虑。所以我才让你试试,但愿是同样的问题。
