其实姜汁不好榨取,我以前做的时候,都是把姜冻在冰柜那一层,等姜冻起来了,就好取汁了,然后挤出一个碗底多一点就可以了

As what I know, the milk is better to be water milk and it has to be lowened to 70c to mix with the ginger juice. My dad makes it for me every time I go back to China.
