这个计划，是我们中国人自己做的

也就是说，我们自己集资盖个房子。这样能比我们单独买房子省百分之30-50.
而且物业管理费也省不少。

初步打算，第一座楼我们自己住。
如果成功，就成立房地产开发公司，股份制的，做大。
