上周3连续大雪，路滑，拐弯回家，路口滑车，刮到违规停着的一辆日本车，我车什么痕迹都没有，他的车后门稍微凹了一点儿进去。但没有掉漆。

后，赶快报了保险。保险公司，给了个file no。

这周，那车的老头，给我打电话，说那费用要350$.说处理费用。

他今天，讲了报了2家的费用：一家350$,一家850。

该如何处理？请问各位高手，该如何处理？

you will pay nothing to him,

your 保险公司 will settle it.

if this is your first at-fault claim until your policy expires,

your premium will not go up too much when you renew your policy.
