标题: 第一次购房，政府给补贴的政策还有吗？
以前看报纸上的广告，说有多达1万的返回。昨天问一个经纪，说今年议会还在讨论。

Supplement: New homeowner under this new program get 6-months-free when they buy the carte annuelle OPUS. Not sure if it`s only for family with kids. Read details on printed copy.

怎么申请呢？==> only announced today, check City website or call 311 in few weeks.

怎么听说新的购房补贴计划要今年三月底才出台呢？==> that one is by different government, not sure Federal or Provincial.
