那块地好像不太妙。以前是一片放射性同位素核废料填埋场。

记得不久前从新闻报道的案件里看到的，你们可以上网查。好像是这家公司夸大虚报了核废料土地处理费用，有官员卷入的丑闻。

所以，公司诚信可能有点问题。

那地方确实是污染地，2007年SHDM卖了给地产商。

本地人士不感兴趣的房子项目，才会花钱到处作广告。

你自己看着办。

那一带是绝对不能去居住的, 租房子都不可以, 更别说花钱买那一带的房了. 不要说身处重工业中心, 土壤和空气都受其害, 周围的居民整体档次和素质也很不好, 是穷区, 几乎不会有太大的增值空间, 那么大的污染, 不贬值都不错了.

看来Pominville的楼盘性价比较高，在Montreal West附近，铁路没什么影响，楼盘基本成型，价格只相当于郊区的楼价。
