先观察一下，是不是小孩子自己摸而起；如果是这样的情况，注意是不是裤子啊、衣服啊、被子啊有摩擦，或是玩的时候不注意，外阴受感染。

或者是尿憋硬的。如果叫起床后，尿的多、时间长，就属正常。如果是长时间如此，注意饮食方面。

性早熟首先是表现在第二性征上的，比如胡须、喉结、声音等。不晨勃才要引起警惕呢，每天早上左右手都要摸一把，关心全家人健康。

There is no such a word "unnormal" in English. There is a word spelling as "abnormal".
