请问在西人超市看到有些绿油油的青菜挺好的,比方说 italian pasley,都怎么吃呢?

Italians love to say "Use Italian Parsley only!!!!  Canadian Parsley (flat leaves) no taste."  I find both parsleys no taste :p.  Chinese Parsley = Cilantro(E)=Coriandre(F)= 香菜 is THE WAY TO GO!!

1.  Decoration:  sprinkle finely chopped parsley on plates before serving.
2.  Taboulé - Libanais :confused: Marocain :confused:
