无限舞蹈教室 would be a good choice if your girl wants to learn in Chinese.
If she wants to join a class with many other kids, then Ecole De Danse Sportive “Quartier Latin” is excellent.
The owner/teachers of that school are still only around 20-21 years old but they started learning to dance as kids as well.
They are two Times Quebec Champion,Canadian Vice Champion, representative Canada to the IDSF World Latin Championship.
