一般法官的判决书上有写明限多少时间还,过了时间,你拿了判决纸去法庭,他们会给你一张表添,缴$90,添了表,然后去找讨债公司,他们会收你$200,然后由他们去讨,保证讨回,你付的所有费用,都会加在帐单上,由欠款人一并付清.或者你拿了纸直接去找讨债公司.放心,由他们出面,你一定可以要回钱.只要是判了你赢.他越拖,付的钱就越多.

From what I understand by the collection company, which you have to pay at least 20% of the amount you are claiming, if you what claim back for the cost you paid to the collection company from your depfendant, it's little quite complicate.
With the Rental Board decision, you have another way to go: Bring your Rental Board decision to the small claim court, and the Small Claim Court according the Rental Board decision would order the defendant to pay the amount, otherwise the court will take a seizure to against him with all the cost.

如果没有法庭判决书,讨债公司是要收取%,但是有了判决书,就不用了.法庭是不负责帮你讨回钱的.
如果心里没有把握,就去法庭咨询一下,他们会告诉你该着么做.

请问"悠闲":你所说的"讨债公司"是不是"huissier"?我按判决书中的执行条款去找他们,但他们让我自己找出被告人的财产,银行帐号,交给他们后由他们执行.问题是找被告人的财产要自己付不少律师费.
