公民卡丢了，请问怎么办新卡？网站上的不太明白，有办过的给说说好吗？感谢！！！！！

先到警察局去挂失, 挂失报告上有个号码, 要填在申请表上.

时间非常的长, 2-3 个月受到确认信, 6个月受到卡, 要有耐心.

Two (2) pieces of personal identification, such as a driver’s licence and a health insurance card
' i2 `5 Z4 ]/ [Other documents, such as a marriage certificate/divorce certificate and/or a legal name change certificate (if applicable) 同上问，小孩子只有健康卡，没有别的了

1.  pink transmission copies : 是和公民卡一起发给你的, 一面印有国歌,另一面是签字和你的公民卡的粉红色的纸,

2. 可用小孩的出生证, 或公证书. $ m( x1 F/ v* I0 M
