标题: futureshop的5年保修?是不是被futureshop耍了?
几个月前在futureshop买了惠而浦的洗衣机.在sales的劝说下还买了futureshop的5年保修.

今天给futureshop打电话. 被告知购机时间不满一年, 需要我自己和厂家惠而浦联系.

Future Shop After Hours Sale is simply a cheating! I made the order for a laptop in Sept. 25, and I chose to pick up my laptop in Forum Future Shop. When I made the order, the item status is IN STOCK.

! E( N# B  K3 j: ~7 K; a1 j. f1 uIn Sept. 26 around 11:30 AM, I went to Forum to pick up my laptop. The lady told me this item is OUT OF STOCK in the beginning. When we wanted to get more information, she said we can pick it up in Centreville Future Shop. When we went to Centreville Future Shop, another lady told us the order was cancelled. In other words, I think the lady in Forum Future Shop told us to pick up the lap top in Centreville Future Shop while she cancelled the order at the same time. After I came back home around 1 PM, I check the website. This kind of laptop in Forum Future Shop is IN STCOK. / S4 u  c  X) p

* I8 }& G' y" t3 I, I- O$ MSimply speaking, first, Future Shop After Hours Sale is simply a cheating. Second, the lady who cancelled my order in Forum Future Shop served a vital function in that customers are free to be manipulated.

厂家在电器出厂时一般都会给1年保修, futureshop自然会利用这一年免费保修, 如果一年之后再出毛病, 那才是futureshop的事, 愚见, 不愿意听拉倒
