标题: futureshop的5年保修?是不是被futureshop耍了?
几个月前在futureshop买了惠而浦的洗衣机.在sales的劝说下还买了futureshop的5年保修.
前几天洗衣机出现故障.

今天给futureshop打电话. 被告知购机时间不满一年, 需要我自己和厂家惠而浦联系.

是不是被futureshop耍了?

FS没骗你, 在保修期内要和厂家联系, FS是大店,没必要耍你玩

Futureshop sold you the Extended Warranty. It is Extended.

But last time the TV I bought from FS got a problem. They asked me to bring the TV to the store, and the store sent it to the manufacturer to repair.

For wash machine, you should look for the phone # of customer service, and call them. They will send a contracted technician to your home.
