Many many restaurants has 2nd floor and/or VIP room, can be 环境幽雅, but [color="Red"]not 价格实惠.
方便停车 ==> where do u live? 不方便停车 within downtown core.

价格实惠 ==> 玉园畔溪 but u need ~50+ for them to open 2nd floor. +不方便停车.
方便停车 + 价格实惠 ==> Vichy Buffet, lots of parking, but u need over 100 people, or 150 people :confused: for them to close off one of their rooms.

Chinese buffet, not as much food as the one in China town. But free parking for GROUP reservation. I don't know the exact rule there.

Lunch M-F, $8.99+TT

For 18-20 people, u can ask for a room for 2 tables at 金"风" or 红宝石, I assume ~$200-$200/table of 10. I don't know price.

Similarly, other Chinese restaurants like 金城 in East, ?? on North, ?? in South Shore. Believe most of them has small rooms or are equipped to partition off small area for private parties.

Many local or Chinese catering (到会 :confused

services in Montreal, e.g. 好好 in Verdun. They prepare the food, deliver them to your place/??.

U may want to do party at your home or friend's home. If none, see if any friend live in Condo complex where they have "party room" or whatever salon

for rent. I've heard of someone's party room overlooking half of Montreal, good for ~ 30 people, may be $100 per day.

如果不是週末, 全红宝石三楼, 可以打牌, 唱K, 跳舞, 喝, 吃.

1. 小丑"舞会"/ 小丑"派对"
In case there are lots of kids in your group, u may want to consider hiring a clown.  There are few of them (professional companies) in Montreal.  Look for them in small ads in small papers.  Not cheap, but could be considered for bigger group of kids.

2.  Pinanta
I've seen quite a few kid's birthday parties in the parks IN SUMMER.  Believe it's a Mexican tradition, which I find a bit violent for kids.  U see that on TV ads also.
