走25能到么？

如果你住在南岸，走20号，这样可以避开40号出岛那段堵车

如果在岛内，还是走40号吧

I prefer 40, nice view , but not sure how it looks like in winter.
Btw, odd number hwy is usually from south to north, even number hwy is from west to east. this rule should be applicable in North America.

So hwy 25 should not lead to Quebec city. but you can take 25 then change to 40 at some point.
