标题: 请教做生意的朋友-关于公司名字权
我休学1年,没事干,就去做清洁工赚生活费.我是自己找的合同,属于自雇吧.后来觉得印个名片,打上服务内容方便些,省的每见一个老板就解释半天.
到了今天,麻烦来了.
有个人打电话来说我用了他的公司名(他和我是同行). 我看了一下,也不是完全一样,他的多了个"s" (他的是复数我的是单数),还有他多了个空格.但是说实话足以乱真

本来好好说都好解决,毕竟我用什么名字不太重要,只是接点零工.但是那白毛在电话里对我一通大吼,我自然不买账,也F了他. 现在就来请教有开公司经验的同胞,这个事情在法律上怕不怕他.如果不怕,我就继续用这个名字,誰叫他白毛猪不懂礼貌.
好像我发现有些垃圾白毛有个习惯,遇到中国人就发飙,以为发了彪中国人就会说SORRY:mad:.在这里我发现一个解决办法,他F你你就F他.不管有理没理,道理等到了法庭再说.久而久之白毛就不会这么欺负中国人了.是不是.

请有经验的朋友多多指教,没有经验的朋友就捧个人场吧,想当然有时候会害死人

还有一个重要的细节,我的名片没有"公司"的字样,就是没有 inc,com,"r"等等,就是 "sunshinecleaning".这样不知道有没有问题啊.

there should be another website for business in quebec.

Because a corporation can be federal registered or provincial registered. You should also check trademarks.

Even if he has registered that name, I don't think you would have any trouble until he takes legal action against you. The chance is really slim because the cost would be too high for a small company.
