一、在做下面这个时：Revenu Québec (MRQ)Tax files (a change will be made in all accounts in which your home address appears)

出现这样的信息：* Social insurance number 999 999 999Support-payment file number 9999999999

请问什么是Support-payment fie number?它出现在我的那个文件里？谢谢！

二、社保卡需要改地址吗？如果需要是不是在这里：Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale (MESS)Public employment services, Social solidarity services, Centre de recouvrement但这里需要MESS file number，这个又是什么？它出现在我的那个文件里？谢谢！
