想在LAVAl买房，但不知哪些区好些。就好比VERDUN区中，修女岛很好，但过了河就不敢
恭维了......(讨论中）

有laval mega centre ste-dorothee

在Chomedey吧。交通最方便的是Laval des Rapides，Pont Viau，但房老点价也贵，Ste-Dorothee中东穆斯林最多（无贬义），房新价更贵，优点靠个大MALL，缺点只有13号进出蒙特利尔；Chomedey性价比好，但关健看你的生活、工作、学习重心在哪。
