加拿大外交部宣布 家长一方携子女出国须备同意书

不用客气，昨天偷了个懒，没有解释清楚。以前我的家人无论是谁带孩子回国，我们都会写封信，包括主要说明请谁带孩子回去，相关的证件号码，已经自己的联系方式，地址。说实话，从来没有人看过，只是以防万一。上面朋友提供的格式我觉得足够了。顺祝过年愉快!作者: prettykids 时间: 2012-1-4 21:42
