上周六的聚会很棒，尤其是大家准备的食物，大饱口福。我那天本来不想出门的，临时改主意，所以只带了几块自制的cookie，最要命的是在开饭前就瞎吆喝，王婆卖瓜，给卖出去了，不好意思。
当时有几个姐妹问我要cookie的配方，我在这里贴一下。
Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 +1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 12-ounce package (2 cups ) semisweet chocolate pieces
1 cup chopped walnut, pecans, or hazelnuts (filberts) (optional)
1) In a large mixing bowl beat the shortening and margarine or butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed about 30 seconds or till softened.
2) Add about half of the flour to the shortening mixture. Then add brown sugar, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and baking soda. Beat till thoroughly combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Beat in remaining flour.
3) Stir in the chocolate pieces and walnuts, pecans, or hazelnuts.
4) Drop the dough by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
5) Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes or till edges are lightly browned. Remove cookies ad cool on wire racks.作者: xlcandy 时间: 2003-6-3 00:06
