3,我如果以后经常换工作,是不是可以申请open work permit ? (我正在办移民,但是在香港办的)
请问好心人, 我的理解有没有错呢 ?
下面是CIC的官员给我的信。
[SIZE=-1]Labour Market Opinion Exemption – Entrepreneur and Self-Employed Person
Generally, if you want to apply for a Work Permit, you need a Labour Market Opinion (LMO) from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada and a job offer letter from your future employer.
As an exception, you can apply for a work permit in Canada without a LMO if you:
are an entrepreneur or self-employed person; and
intend to operate a business in Canada that would create or maintain significant social, cultural or economic benefits or work opportunities for Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.
Certificat d'acceptation du Québec (CAQ) not required
In most cases, you need a Certificat d'acceptation du Québec (CAQ) issued by the Ministère de l'Immigration et des Communautés culturelles (MICC) to work in the province of Quebec. However, you do not need a CAQ if:
you are applying for an open work permit (e.g. persons whose permanent residence application is being processed inside Canada and has been approved in principle** ).
