标题: 请教： 我是否可以申请 solidarity tax credit？
我现在是学生，公民。和一个留学生合租一公寓，租约是留学生签的，我是后来搬进去的。

这种情况下我是否可申请 solidarity tax credit？
我用ufile填。关于 solidarity tax credit 有一下问题；

Are you eligible for the Quebec amount for a person living alone? 回答 yes or no？

Are you the only person in the dwelling to meet the eligibility requirements for the credit?
回答 ？？

问题是： 首先我能不能申请solidarity credit？
          第二， 留学似乎不能申请solidarity credit。这样的话，我就是only person in the dwelling to meet the eligibility requirements for the credit。不知此理解可对？

为什么你会问你能不能申请 solidarity credit？
你是独自与他人共租房住的，而且
你是 18 or older，
你是  resident in Québec，
你是 a Canadian citizen，
----- 你完全合资格申请嘛。

谁说留学生不能申请 solidarity credit？
留学生也是 18 or older，
留学生可以算是 deemed resident in Québec，
留学生也可以算是 a temporary resident，
----- 所以，留学生也可以申请 solidarity credit。

你们房租是分摊的，solidarity credit 也应分摊。除非你只是搬进去住而不交房租的，那你就没资格申请了。

请问为什么第一个问题回答是 yes 呢？  有何根据？   他明明跟别人合租啊？  那个合租的人是18岁以下的吗？
