往国内家里打电话，家里没有网络，只有固定电话，每次聊的时间不多，请问在魁省哪个电话方式的最方便？

我在这里网络很方便，例如gmail, skype, 都可以打电话的，请问哪种卡最划算，最适合我。谢谢
