你可以到CLSC里去问，
你还是去找西人医生，他们比较负责。
词汇问题，你可以带字典过去。他们不会笑话你

suggestion:
try a western doctor, not an asian one. They are more patient than asians.

如果你小于三十足岁,直接到clsc去检查,否则找产科医生.

检查完发现确实怀孕,快找产科医生做检查.同时注意自己的健康,到药店去买专为孕妇配的多种vitamin,里面有叶酸,对孩子很好.

It depends on your personal interest.
Language is important, and you could learn some words during the 10 months. Is it good?
