斑竹,帮忙啊!肉馅有味道怎么办?

这里的肉馅是用冻肉或冻肉和鲜肉混合制成的,本地人都是买了当天就吃掉,最多留到第二天,如果不是,一定要冻起来。一般在包装上有一个标签用很小的字写着“可以再冷冻一次”。

以我的经验放到第三天的肉馅一定有味了,尤其是牛肉馅。
Ground meat on special(0.99-$1.99) are all or mixed with previously frozen meat from all supermarkets. 标签/description does indicate it. All defrosted meat are NOT TO BE REFROZEN, bateria grew during first defrost. U can only leave it in refridgerator for maximum of 2 days, normally I try to use it up on 1st day.

Unless u see "一个标签用很小的字写着“可以再冷冻一次”". Mind u, I have never seen one on ground meat that are on special.

"Fresh" ground meat can be frozen.  Supermarkets sell them but never on special.

冰箱是很容易细菌繁殖的地方了,要主意。冷冻起来的时候要主意保护好水分,不然肉回风干的。
Good point that everyone should know!  Furthermore, nutrients deteriate overtime when frozen.

We use kitchen sicors, good quality ones.  Havn't 斩 for over 5 years, just go clip clip, great and safe for elderly too.  I don't know the price, but expensive.

Sorry, it should be kitchen scissors 剪刀.  U know the good brand that has "2 little men" logo from Germany I think.  Not sure how much, $20? $50?  I know a few families that 剪 their cooked chicken, not 剁/chop.

Last week, I used the black kitchen scissors from $1 store to cut open a raw chicken into 2 halves, just cut besides(not on) the back bone where the bones are smaller.  I havn't tried, but I think the cheap scissors will not be able to 剪 the leg bones.
