Find one friend with you, you guys check the temperature together.
If it is lower than 21, you record hem for 3 days and sign with address and date, time.
Mailed it to your landlord, tell him you will refuse to pay the rent next month.
( Do not forget make a copy for yourself)


Another easy way:
Call 911 as more as possible until they solve this problem.

Tell them you will be sick. ( specially mentioned you have a baby or kids).

Give police the landlord's telephone.

They will solve it very quickly.

I call 911 two times. They helped me a lot.

you may go to the city hall (just at the corner of RUE VERDUN and 1th VERDUN, next to the metro station verdun )with your letter which you sent to the landlord. you show the inspector your letter and ask him to go to your place to check up immidiately, then the inspector will contact the landlord to do repairs for you. usually, the landlord only have 48 hours to solve it. if not, you may have a proof from the inspector and then go to rental board to seek more legal help. try it!
