吃闯红灯罚单上法庭值得吗？

nothing sure until the judgement is final. here is the thing you can argue:
1) you slowed down when you turn left
2) there is a car behind you and its very close to you. and if you stop, it will likely to crush.
3) you have no idea where that police car come from. maybe he is too far away to do the accurate obsevation
4) maybe the traffic light is not right.
5) you have very good driving record, and you are a driver keeps safty in mind all the time.
6) you explain the situation to the police when she stoped you, but she wouldn't listen and that's why you bring the issue to the court
7) you don't care about the consequences, you just want justice to be served
....
this kind of bullshitting can carry on and on. if you are a good talker, you will win.

警察和我都没有证人同车。我跟警察解释我是黄灯亮着的时候转弯的，她不听，只让我回车里面等着接罚单。
还是想上法庭，希望各位提供争取取胜的措施。
总觉得对右转弯不应该象直行过路口那么严格。
女警察除非说她看到我的车头刚转弯时，她那个方向已经是绿灯才能证明我是闯红灯的。我看她太年轻，没经验。

但是实际上我当时对警察说，我过时是黄灯。因
为若是绿灯时开始转弯，即使转过来后也不是红灯。我荺n后面还有两辆车。
我可以说我后面还有车，警察也看不到，因为她还没到牡酱锫房诰蚒 -TURN转回来追我。

mingliao,thanks for your advice. I got the ticket on May 18,ten days ago. Probably I will get a letter soon. Will inform you here the court date. Wish more people would like to join me for the court,backing me and getting experiences at the same time.

You may need to pay more. Last year I won a same case, but I still had to pay 159$ (60$ for yellow light and 99$ for the court fee)

谢谢Mingliao,但根据VShare的经历，若赢了官司还得付那么多，这官司打起来就没意思了。我的罚单是138$，若付出70$左右的法庭费，输了只是多出这70还无所谓，赢了按原来的说法不用付出罚单和出庭费还值得一试。
请有最近经历的朋友给解释一下。当然在我收到信件后会打电话给他们询问一下。
那女警给开的也太狠了，138$啊，TOO MUCH FOR ME。
