Somthing similar happened to me when I bought ticket from overseas website.  Didn't went through, messy.  Still don't understand it.  Will check with u some other time.

I believe u can complete process and pay on-line @www.td-insurance.com.   May be RBC has it on line also.  Reminder:  If u own condo/house, need to use owner's name; rent, I'm not sure.
