有人已经考过了CA ，CMA或CGA吗?

You can call CGAO to ask them. I met same problem 2 years ago. I passed UFE and finished experience but failed French exams. I called ICAO and they gave me CA designation in Ontario.

It deponds on your language abilities. For me, it's very hard. I struggled more than 2 years but still could not pass writing.

Normally, 4-5 years.
