找一个便宜的车险

因为本人想卖车，所以不想买双保险了，在报纸上找了两家都不理想，还有哪家可以买到便宜的保险，只是车险。

请问楼上，如果买单险，就是把Section B 里的Protection 2 （collision and upset) 和Protection 3 (All perils other than collision or upset) 都去掉吗？

买单险的意思是不是， (Vandalism, theft and break glasses, collision, Hit and Run of your own car are not included)?
