tried last year to sell my old skis, didn't work. may get lucky this year. anyone interested? free ski instruction (2 hours) will be given to make sure you know my darling skis and be able to enjoy it. sounds good? you have to be over 175 cm and 150 lbs for my darling skis.

so littlbear, you are the one on the slope at st. bruno the other day. how is your right knee? what did the doc say? hope you will recover soon. i can't ski these days, too bad, i hate this. frown

folks, great1, et-blue, martin007, weiliang和其他兰道以上的朋友们，有机会是否愿意尝试去tremblant或vermont那边的jay peak滑雪。tremblant应该是montreal周边最大的滑雪场。jay peak则应是雪质最好的。两个地方离montreal都只有1个半小时的车程。有兴趣来mail,希望共同切磋，在montreal培养出几个滑雪死党。

tremblant had a dump of 30 cm snow for the past 24 hours, i will go ski there this saturday. anyone wants to team up? lift cost $50 plus, but for sure worth the money, specailly for those guys ski blue and black...what about you guys?

if you guys want to go to tremblant this saturday, let's do it together. i may have a couple of other guys join me, but no need for cars. you guys can share one car. we can leave at around 8:00 am or earlier from downtwon area. it takes about an hour and half to drive there. finishes at 4:00 pm. a good 4 hours skiing on that mountain is quite challenging. what do you guys think, let me know.

ski update:

went to tremblant last saturday. great snow and great skiing. a little bit windy on top of the mountain. but once you are on the north slope or get lower along the trail, everything is perfect. not too many people either.

there is gonna be some new snow during the week and this weekend should be even better.

great 1, you've made the right choice toward the ultimate experience in ski.

if it is your first time there, be aware of several things: 1. the blue run on this mountain is more like the black run on the smaller mountains like st. sauveur, so don't be misled by the signs, 2. if you've been to the mountain before, be aware that the road has changed. we have over shot for about 20 km because of that. look for sign says tremblant after st jovet. 3. have fun and tell us about it when you come back

thanks for your message to me. reading your post here looks like we have a die hard skier in the making. welcome to the club. finally, i found someone who really seriously appreciate snow. hope the snow will stay long enough so that we can make a trip together.
