1. 是普通发面用的yeast ==> we also call that baker's yeast, leave a little after-taste, but convenient(=can buy it anywhere. Max possible alcohol % is lower than wine making yeast (max. 17%)
2. 47c/2L 的“葡萄汁”是否应是葡萄味的碳酸饮料吧?I believe it's Grape Punch based on price, many brands. Small frozen cans of ~355ml, to +water => make 2L punch.
Welch frozen grape juice is better. If u goes to US, get the White Concord Grape juice (I believe). Gives better result.
