同情LZ, 他们好象是不给退的, 其他家具店也一样的. 反正我得出教训, 买家具前务必看清楚.

偶在BM买的一套餐桌也是, 每个椅子底下不是缺大screw就是缺小screw或者干脆就没有. 打电话给他们倒是没几天就给换了几个, 不过我买的是liquidation货, 不算贵. 自己觉得不是大毛病, 凑合着用吧.

看来分期付款确实有用，我在BM买的所有电器一律分期，送货和售后都没有问题。 一次都付清，就被动了。
