Go to www.ingdirect.ca. Current saving account rate is 4%, US dollar account is 3%. Interest is calculated every month.

fanny. 你好。银行的名字就叫Amex，是加币saving account。去年一年我存在那里的几万元，共得利息1000多元。同样的数目存在其他银行也只有几元钱罢了。并且存取还算比较灵活方便，如果用钱，2-3天就可以。如果有兴趣，可以和我联系，电话450-4713606。不过我可不是经纪人，我只是愿意和同胞共享信息。

I think you can try some small financial
institute, such as PC, ING etc. They have
higher saving rate than big-5 and deposits are protected.
