关于护照，每个人的情况都不一样，我觉得问办护照的地方最简单，你一定可以得到满意的答复的。

you can go to apply for the passport. Now it takes 2 weeks to process and 2 weeks for the mailing delays. If you have air ticket to show you will leave soon, they can offer the express service and you can go there to pick it up.

I took the oath on 10/17, applied on 10/27, they told me they will issue the passport on 11/09 and i will get it in two week after that.

I will travel on Dec. 7, they won't give me express service.

护照是宣誓完马上可以申请，还是要找其他时间申请？要等多久才能拿到护照呢？谢谢回答

能不能当天宣誓跟申请人无关的文件根本无关.

是看当天有没有法官在场,象10月3日那天,ACE是早上8:15的,我是9:15考试,一天下来也有百十来号人,因为没有法官,所以就没有宣誓. 那个女士给我解释是移民部尽量让所有人三个小时之内完成所有的事,可是没法官在场,她们移民部的人也没办法.

谢谢你，人还是要看运气阿。我也和我的面试官说了我要回美国，但是她说这个是面试后统一安排的，一点余地也没有。不管怎么样恭喜你先。

when i had my interview, i told the lady there i need to leave for a trip at the beginning of Dec. She told me I will get the oath notice in a couple of weeks. So i got it this week.

It is in Outremont City Hall, not in Downtown.
