枫糖玛德琳～喜欢枫糖的味道～

在日本的时候就知道了加拿大的枫糖很有名～
在国内枫糖很珍贵～价格也不便宜～
来到蒙城后才知道～遍地见枫糖～
那欢欢一定要利用它做好吃的点心咯～
今天做了一款比较简单的迷你玛德琳，
小肚脐鼓起来的样子好可爱耶~

white :confused: With the eggs and butter contents, they shouldn't be white at all. U don't mean the top, right?

If top is white, increase own temperature a bit, e.g. 25 degree.

follow biviuz35 's suggestion, I got the Lekue mold at monkland上的 Cuisine Gourmet earlier. The only problem with the "silly-cone" mold is that the
end products are eeirely white, does'nt looked like baked at all. but taste okay.

Funny, I never have problem finding moulds . . . . . . BTW, I don't like all of the above, I'm used to the heavy heavy metal (old style). That may be hard to find now, way too expensive = nobody buy
