今年三月收到一个TICKET。92刀。因为他们要铲雪，插了临时不准停车牌。当时那个地方是可以停车的！因为下大雪，我没出门，也不知道还有临时牌。(我是从外省来的)况且我也不知道他们会怎样通知我移车。
没有人或机构告诉我还有临时牌FOR SNOW MOVING。(这是他们失职！) 路边牌上的禁停时间不就是铲雪的吗？
我写了无罪解释！可他们还是要罚！
好冤！不知者不怪！可。。。
该不该打官司呢？

这种冤以后还多着呢，只能自己多加小心。这次你就交了罚单了事。无奈。唉。

你写了无罪辩护后，是先给你一个答复，等你不同意后再上法庭，还是直接上法庭。

You are supposed to know the law/regulation, not the other way around.
Unless you CAN  wink   be certain there was no snow-removing sign (the one temporarily placed) placed inadvance, say 8-12hrs before, cause often they do forget putting up one, then you can go to the court.
