salvation Army has second hand furniture, it is
not expensive, they will deliver to you also.

Sometimes supersale can be held in some churchs. Priests or activists from communities sell some furnitures with lowest price. The furnitures were donated by christians. I bought a hardwood dinning table in perfect condition with $20 in February. Pay attention to the posters in front of churchs. Good luck!
