在aibq网上查到一个national certify inspector, david smith.请问除了级别高，值得信赖外，还有别的区别吗？

值得你信赖，人家这句话就没白写。做广告得最终目的不就是赢得人们的信赖吗？有信赖，才有生意。对不？

** AIBQ is only an Association. OTPQ is an ORDER. There is a big difference.

** Anyone who accomplish few hours of study (about 4 months) can be member in AIBQ as an inspector. To be a certified AIBQ means that the inspector has accomplished 250 inspections according to the norms of AIBQ.

** To be a professional OTPQ inspector is not so evident. One has to accomplish three years of technical studies in architecture or in engineering and should have an accurate training to be elligible for the title <rofessional Technologue T.P.>>  and to be allowed to work as a Professional Home inspector.

Conclusion :  The training of a professional home inspector (OTPQ) is more solid. It is very important to know this fact.

For whom that are interrested to find a reliable professional inspector (OTPQ), I can suggest ANTOINE BRIDI T.P. (member in both OTPQ and AIBQ  and  has in addition a master degree in Architecture).
