谢谢这个客户的反馈 因为您不是在我这里订的网络 可能是当初您预订时候 卖给您网的人没有解释清楚  但是我可以解释一下 bell的package 15/10 理论上最高[color="red"]上传速度应该达到10M 但是影响网速的因素很多 不赘述 通常我们对下载速度要求比较高 如果[color="red"]下载速度能够达到15M 就不影响正常网络使用 因为大多数时候我们是在下载 但是如果您对上传速度有特殊要求 那只能等待bell改善您的区域的上传速度了

When installation finished we check the speed, it is like 15.2M/4.6M. tech told me the average in my area is about 4M for uploading. Highest is 6M. that is a BIG lie. My point is if you can’t provide the speed just say it. The worst thing is 2 days after the  uploading is 3.5M. I write this just remind you if you want to usr BELL or others who use BELL lines. I believe some area might be good. But not mine.

感觉正常，我之前也是申请 bell 的VDSL2 的 50/10 不限制流量的（每月加30刀）， 实际 bell 技术员就给我调46/7M，我再三给他说我是50/10， 他说可以给我这个速度，能保证你测速能有这个速度，但是你家到这个区域的节点线路不好，强制上这个速度会每天经常掉线，会老打电话投诉。

我家是bell的25/10，上传速度也是刚过7.不过楼主这个差的有点儿多。

贝尔服务, 本人意见, 尽量远离.  

最大的问题是经常涨价, 你爱用不用. 就说贝尔的电话, 我用了近 7 年, 还不包括任何长途的, 收我 近40 刀/月. 打电话要求降价, 就是不行. 我基本都不怎么用, 其实就是给它送钱, 人家还嫌少.

现在, 看电视用自制的天线. 网络, 用 cable.  电话, 网络电话.

没有贝尔的日子, 真好!
