Customer Service Representative – JOB CODE 303
CIK Telecom is one of the largest telecommunication companies in Canada, offering High Speed Internet, Digital Home Phone and IPTV. CIK is registered as a licensed carrier with the CRTC (Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission) since 2003. CIK headquarters is located in Toronto and has offices in Montreal, Vancouver, and overseas. We are looking for friendly, responsible, enthusiastic, dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Technical Support team.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls in a timely, professional manner
• Follow up customer care tickets, contact customer to resolve issues in a prompt
• Communicate with customers by phone, online or in person (office) for all customer inquiries
• Take calls, place and verify order and account information
• Developing strong understanding of company products and procedures
• Assisting other departments to follow up any customer issues
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Other responsibilities if assigned by management
• Strong verbal, written and listening in French
• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be an asset
• Energetic with excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Experience in Customer Service/Sales will be an asset
• Flexibility to work different shifts
• College diploma or equivalent
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
