特别好奇为什么要强调“大陆人”想知道大陆人怎么你了？

如果你常去餐馆吃饭，有几个大陆人是正经开餐馆的？大陆人都是心高气傲内心鄙视服务业的，都是生活所迫无奈而开餐馆的。

你知道当年挺火的牛记餐馆吧，老牛在国内不是开餐馆的，为了在蒙特利尔开餐馆，来到加拿大后特意回国半年拜师学厨艺，开了牛记餐馆，火了两年之后，老牛就把餐馆卖了，老牛说我开餐馆主要是为了卖餐馆。老牛都这样不能坚持做餐馆，你认识的大陆人有像老牛这样在餐馆上用心的吗？他们能做成啥样？

前些天有个被Layoff的IT工程师开了个餐馆，在网上发帖子，说自己逆天了给自己鼓劲壮胆，最近不看他闹腾了，说不定把餐馆给关了。

开餐馆是个吃苦的活，大陆人书生多很少能吃苦，并且把餐馆当成事业来做的。看看蒙特利尔的中餐馆做得大的有大陆人吗？

我是天津人，刚刚吃过，味道很一般，不想再去了。很油腻。
还不如对面自助餐外面卖的大菜饱便宜好好吃！！！

我觉得自助餐外面卖的大菜饱 根本不是一个档次啊，皮厚得让人震惊，皮里馅里都加糖，甜丝丝的，味道哪能跟天津包子比，看来餐饮业永远是众口难调啊

太油腻，太咸，这些都可以接受，北方口味嘛。唯一希望改进的是最好不要用廉价部位的猪肉来绞肉馅。如果还有下次去，会再试试牛肉馅的。

I went back the second time.
I still like the food.
This time I notice that the basic cleanliness and tidiness were somewhat lacking.

In the washroom, there was no paper towel to use after washing hands.
Asking for some at the counter didn't help as they simply didn't stock paper towel at all.

The bowls, plates and chopsticks were wet,
to the point that the bowls had enough water to pour on the flower pots nearby.
it seems that they didn't dry the clean bowls, plates and chopsticks after washIng.

I would like to support the restaurant
but they just make it so difficult for us to do so.

自称天津包子铺，呵呵，从老板到大厨每一个天津的，大厨东北的，老板台湾人。我去吃了一次，真不好吃，再也不去了

谢谢您的支持，但是很抱歉，目前还没有能力外卖送餐，将来很快就会有的。再有就是为了适应康大的饮食群体，小店的经营改向，包子是辅助，主要经营是北京烤鸭，以及方便快餐。
